Refund policy

Returns

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size of the same style are free, subject to availability. Contact us through our Contact page to arrange one.

How to start a return

Send us a message with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions within 1 to 2 business days. Please do not send items back before you have received instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Swimwear

For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if it is unworn, with the hygiene liner in place and all tags attached.

Items we cannot accept

We cannot accept returns on worn or washed items, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
