Shipping and Delivery

We want you to know exactly what to expect, so here is how delivery works at Maison Orelle.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery options and timing

Standard shipping arrives in 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping arrives in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or severe weather.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout, before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. International delivery may be added in the future, and we will update this page when it is.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
