Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love how you feel in your order. If it is not quite right, returning or exchanging it is simple.

Return window

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange. Exchanges for a different size of the same style are free, and we will ship your new size as soon as your return is on its way, subject to availability.

How to start a return

Send us a message through our Contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions within 1 to 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email when your refund has been issued. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, contact us and we will cover the cost.
